Stock TC, a luxury grocery and Italian restaurant concept, is getting ready to open a new location in Toronto at 57 Yorkville Avenue.
The company’s new location will take over the former home of Pusateri’s, a luxury grocer that closed in 2024 after 20 years, according to BlogTO. While an exact opening date has yet to be announced, Stock Yorkville is expected to open in Spring 2027. Stock TC was founded as a collaboration between Cosimo Mammoliti, owner of the Terroni restaurant group, and Stephen Alexander, owner of the Cumbrae’s butcher and grocery business. Customers can expect a combination of curated grocery items and full-service dining under one roof.
Stock TC’s first location opened at 2388 Yonge Street and has offered a mix of grocery and restaurant offerings, including Stock Grille. The Yorkville site will have a smaller, more intimate footprint than the Yonge and Eglinton location, allowing for a more focused and intentional design.
The concept includes a grocery section with pastries, prepared foods, cured meats, cheeses, a butcher station, and pantry staples. Stock Grille will offer a bistro-style menu featuring crudos, steaks, pastas, seasonal specials, and an international wine and cocktail selection. Customers will be able to shop for premium items and enjoy a full meal in one visit.
The Yorkville location will feature a Stock Bar serving custom cocktails and selected wines, and a Grocer Kitchen offering home-cooked dishes for pickup. Daily operating hours will run from early morning through dinner, with grocery, kitchen, and bar hours staggered to accommodate a variety of schedules.
Stock TC’s expansion into Yorkville represents the brand’s continued focus on combining grocery and dining experiences in Toronto neighborhoods. The new location will allow customers to access high-quality food products and prepared meals in a central, easily accessible part of the city.
