NADC (Not a Damn Chance) Burger is embarking on bringing a permanent eatery to the Valley. The booming burger brand, which first popped up on the Las Vegas food scene last year, is now opening a location in Downtown Las Vegas at 124 S. Sixth St., Suite 150, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal‘s Neon blog.
The 100% Wagyu Beef Burgers brand was founded by professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Scratch Restaurant Group in 2022.
“After skate sessions, cheeseburgers became the pair’s go-to treat, and soon they started collaborating on a burger aiming to become the perfect cheeseburger. They wanted to create the best cheeseburger with nostalgic ingredients and quality meat,” the NADC Burger website reads.
“They first started with sourcing quality meat, and they found a farm just outside of Houston. This is where they source their 100% wagyu beef. After many versions of the NADC burger, they knew they had the one.”
NADC offers only one burger, one way. The NADC burger comes with two 3-oz wagyu beef patties, New School American cheese, the NADC Secret Sauce, onions, pickles, and jalapenos.
“It pairs nicely with our twice-fried fries, you can get them beast mode with cheese, secret sauce, topped with diced jalapeños and pickles, and a dash of the special OG steak spices,” the NADC website reads.
NADC’s debut brick-and-mortar Las Vegas eatery will also offer a full bar and house-browned butter chocolate chip cookies.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Lee and attempted to reach out to Neen to find out more details about the upcoming opening, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
NADC (Not a damn chance) Burger is slated to open in Downtown Las Vegas at 124 S. Sixth St., Suite 150, this spring.
