Lakeside Social, a new waterfront food and entertainment venue, is coming to Viera Town Center.
The project, a collaboration between the Viera Company and Rogue Wave Hospitality Group’s Daniel Todd, is set to open June 2026, giving the Viera community a new place to gather for good times.
This waterfront open-air destination, located at 2300 Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Melbourne, will offer residents and visitors a host of activities such as live music, art shows, pop-up markets, seasonal festivals and holiday events, and family-friendly events and entertainment. Lakeside Social will be anchored by a large central bar, serving as its heart. A second boathouse-style bar will overlook the lake. A curated selection of food vendors, to be announced at a later date, will offer a variety of delicious options.
In a press release, Daniel Todd explains that Lakeside Social is designed as an all-day place to explore and relax. “We wanted to create something that feels like a backyard on the water; a place the community can truly call their own. It’s somewhere you can stop by for an hour and end up staying all day.”
Lakeside Social is expected to soft open early June 2026, with a grand opening celebration slated for the July Fourth weekend.
