Sweet Melody Ice Cream Celebrates Fort Lauderdale Grand Opening With $1 Scoops, Giveaways & Vinyl-Inspired Fun

Sweet Melody Ice Cream is officially opening the doors of its new location at The Hive in Flagler Village on FridayApril 10, bringing its signature small-batch scoops and playful, music-inspired spirit to the vibrant neighborhood.

On grand opening day, the new shop will officially open to the public at 4PM. Sweet seekers will want to arrive ahead of time to queue up as the first 50 guests in line will score exclusive Sweet Melody swag including branded totes, T-shirts and more. Plus, from 4PM to 7PM, guests can enjoy a special Ice Cream Social featuring a DJ spinning vinyl, giveaways and $1 scoops of all flavors, making it the perfect opportunity to try fan-favorite, seasonal and Fort Lauderdale exclusive flavors.

In addition, and in theme with the shop’s nostalgic, 1960s rec room vibe, music and treat lovers who bring a vinyl record to contribute to Sweet Melody’s community jukebox, will receive a free scoop of ice cream (limited to 1 per person).

The grand opening celebration continues into the weekend with Sweet Melody serving sweets in support of a worthy cause by donating 10% of sales made on April 11 and April 12 to Women In Distress of Broward County.
