A logistics provider based in Signal Hill, California has officially filed for bankruptcy. National Road Logistics, LLC provides services including drayage, transloads, and warehousing.

The company aims to restructure its debts, according to court filings. Filings also show a significant gap between its estimated assets and liabilities. Operations are expected to continue as normal throughout the process under the guidance of the court.

National Road Logistics, LLC Enters Bankruptcy

As per case filings available on PACER records, the debtor submitted a Chapter 11 petition on April 6, 2026. Paul Dukesherer, president of National Road Logistics, LLC, signed the petition as the authorized representative.

Filing details add that the proceedings are taking place in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Attorney Anerio Ventura Altman of Lake Forest Bankruptcy is offering legal representation to the debtor.

The debtor submitted a list of these unsecured creditors who have the 20 largest claims and are not insiders. Some names include Nordstrom, Sunshine Distribution, L.P., Milestone Concora, and Prologis Management, LLC.

As shown in the petition, the total sum of the unsecured claims of its creditors is more than $43 million. Nordstrom is the largest unsecured creditor with the highest claim of over $9 million.
