Haraz Coffee House to Come to Baybrook Passage

Haraz Coffee House is embarking on opening another Harris county coffee shop.

Haraz Coffee House is establishing a new location in Webster. According to a recently filed permit, the brand’s new cafe is slated to open in the Baybrook Passage at 19403 Gulf Freeway, Suite 100.

Construction on the new storefront is slated to start in a couple of weeks and wrap up in July of this year. If all goes well with construction and permitting, Haraz Coffee House Webster will be opening and serving the Greater Houston region and its visitors by summer.

At the helm of this new franchise location is Manal MoazamWhat Now Houston reached out to Moazan, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.

Haraz Coffee House has grown rapidly from its Dearborn, MI start in 2021, according to its website. Reports in late 2025 indicate around 20-26 operating locations across several states (MI, TX, FL, CA, NC, IL) and plans for significant expansion, aiming for over 150 Haraz Coffee House locations soon, with hundreds more in development, bringing Yemeni coffee culture to the U.S. Founded by Nasser, the brand specializes in authentic Yemeni coffeechaipistachio lattes, and traditional pastries.

The luxury coffee brand sources its coffee beans from what is considered the coffee capital of the world, Yemen.

Haraz Coffee House is anticipated to open in Webster in the Baybrook Passage at 19403 Gulf Freeway, Suite 100, by this summer.
