According to its website, the company provides equipment for every stage of farming, from tillage to harvest. Its inventory includes harvesters, manure spreaders, planting and chemical equipment, construction machinery, and trucks and trailers.

Operations Likely Not to be Impacted

The bankruptcy news might worry farmers, employees, and other involved parties with B&R Equipment, Inc., due to concerns for its future operations. But it seems the company is not going to stop serving the farming community.

A Chapter 11 filing, which has been adopted by the farming equipment provider, is mostly used to reorganize finances. The company is expected to continue operating under court supervision.

The filing marks a new phase for the long-running company. It is now seeking to balance operational continuity with financial reorganization. Impending document filings and court rulings based on the same are expected to determine its success through the process.
