A new cafe and ice cream spot looks to be opening in Ybor City, on the northeast corner of East Seventh Avenue and North 22nd Street. Plan review documents submitted by Rose’s Coffee & Cones LLC show a restaurant by the name (Rose’s Coffee & Cones) opening at 2206 E Seventh Avenue.
Details on the new cafe/creamery have yet to be revealed. What Now reached out on Thursday to owner Birgul Lemmon to ask about plans for Rose’s Coffee & Cones, its projected opening timeline, and its menu offerings. Lemmon was not immediately available for comment.
That means that, for now, we’ll have to keep our eyes peeled for more details on Rose’s Coffee & Cones!
Opening at East Seventh Avenue and North 22nd Street, Rose’s Coffee & Cones would join a restaurant community that includes Shrimp & Co. Restaurant, Tico’s Bakery, and Columbia Restaurant.
