In the business center on the northern corner of West Boy Scout Boulevard and North Lois Avenue in Tampa, a new cafe will soon start serving up breakfast, lunch, and constantly rotating specials.
Soni Cafe, opening at 4211 W Boy Scout Blvd, Suite 130, will feature an upscale coffee program and plenty of booth seating in a 3,000-square-foot cafeteria-style space.
“We’re going to have a breakfast where everything is made from scratch,” Elton, owner of Soni Cafe, told What Now on Monday. “We’ll have sandwiches and hot foods for lunch, with Boar’s Head cold cuts for all our sandwiches. And every day there will be different hot specials—one day Italian, one day Latin: Chicken Parm, Taco Salad, Enchiladas. Different foods every day.”
The coffee program will be based around Italian-style espresso, says Elton, who also owns two other cafes in the area.
Opening in the West Boy Scout Boulevard location, Soni Cafe will be serving food in Corporate Center II at International Plaza. Just across the street are restaurants like Kona Grill, Texas de Brazil, and Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant.
Soni Cafe is expected to launch this May.
