Medley in Johns Creek Moves Ahead with its Second Phase, “Encore”

Construction of Encore officially began on April 14, 2026. It is the second phase of Medley in Johns Creek and will bring new retail tenants to the development. The new tenants include names like Warby Parker, Tabla, and CT Cantina & Taqueria.
For its second phase, Toro Development Company (TDC) has secured financing. Encore will add 408 residential units and 20,000 square feet of retail space. TDC and its partner Ascentris closed a $90 million construction loan for the expansion.
TDC has also reached 78% retail and 82% office leasing across the project. The Medley has begun its 200-day countdown to its grand opening on October 29, 2026. Following its opening, Encore will also reach completion in 2027.
New Concepts Joining the Medley

Encore will bring 20,000 square feet of retail space, adding new tenants to Medley in Johns Creek. The new concepts include a national eyewear brand, Warby Parker, an authentic Indian restaurant, Tabla, and a curated shop, bookstore, and community space, Hollow Oak. It will also bring a community-driven restaurant, The Nest Cafe, and an upscale taqueria, CT Cantina & Taqueria.
Through the Encore, the Medley will also welcome The Commodore, which is known for its barbering services. The lifestyle boutique 13 Hub Lane will also bring its collection of furniture, decor, art, apparel, gifts, baby items, and more to the development. Many more concepts are arriving at the Medley, elevating the experience for visitors.
About the Project

Medley is located at the intersection of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road. It will feature retail, dining, residences, office space, a boutique hotel, and a central plaza. The development is designed to create a vibrant neighborhood, with the plaza serving as an ideal venue for community events.
As the construction of Encore moves forward and the tenant mix continues to grow, Medley is shaping up to become a key destination in Johns Creek. The project is anticipated to deliver a well-rounded blend of retail, dining, and community-driven experiences as its grand opening approaches.
