The company is seeking to restructure its finances under court supervision. Operations are expected to continue without disruption during the proceedings.

After close to two decades of operations, the company turned to bankruptcy on April 30, 2026. As the authorized representative, company president Edward Grieser signed the petition before it was submitted to the court.
