Located near the intersection of Clark Road and Honore Avenue in Sarasota, the Palmer Crossing retail center will soon be adding a new cafe and ice cream shop to its food and drink portfolio. Fittingly, it’s called JavaCone, and it’s set to open at 5537 Palmer Crossing Circle.
“Coming Soon to Sarasota!” declares JavaCone’s website. “Experience the perfect blend of premium coffee and handcrafted treats at JavaCone. From our signature breakfast creations to decadent desserts, every bite and sip tells our story of passion and craftsmanship.”
The menu at JavaCone will feature Artisan Coffee & Espresso, allowing guests to “savor expertly crafted coffee drinks made with premium beans and the skill that comes from years of perfecting the morning ritual,” along with a selection of Handrcrafted Breakfast & Lunch choices and Premium Desserts & Ice Cream.
“Our passion for artisan chocolates and perfect coffee brought us from Alabama to Florida’s Gulf Coast,” the site says. “JavaCone represents the culmination of years perfecting the art of neighborhood hospitality.”
What Now reached out on Wednesday to owner Stephen Vrondran to ask about plans for JavaCone’s opening. Vrondran was not immediately available for comment.
Anchored by a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Palmer Crossing will welcome JavaCone into a restaurant community that includes Gecko’s Grill & Pub, Rendez-Vous French Bakery, Chick-fil-A, and Jimmy John’s.
Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
