As Huey Magoo’s, the fast-casual restaurant that serves the “Filet Mignon of Chicken,” continues to expand, getting closer and closer to the 100-unit mark, the franchise is preparing to start work on its first location in Clermont, opening at 3007 S Hwy 27, according to plan review documents submitted by Empire Restaurant Group.
“As the country’s premier chicken tender concept, we’re proud to only provide our guests with the best 3% of the chicken, which is the tenderloin and The Filet Mignon of Chicken®,” says the brand’s website. “As a brand, we apply The Filet Mignon of Chicken® philosophy to everything that we do. Whether it’s the ambiance, food quality or our high level of service, we are elevating the fast-casual experience for each and every guest that walks through our doors.”
The menu includes 3-, 5-, and 7-Piece Meals, served with Fresh-Cut Chips or Crinkle-Cut Fries, Texas Toast & Dip. You’ll also find sandwiches like the Magoo’s Sandwich (Tenders on a premium toasted bun, topped with thick-cut dill pickles and drizzled with our signature Magoo’s Dip) and the Buffalo Sandwich (Buffalo Tenders on a premium toasted bun, topped with mixed greens, sliced tomato, and pepper jack cheese drizzled with our handcrafted ranch).
A few limited-time-only offerings currently featured on the Huey Magoo’s website also include a Ranch Flight that includes Ghost Pepper Ranch, Avocado Ranch, and Pickle Ranch, which you can follow up with Strawberry Lemonade.
Opening in the Highway 27 location, Huey Magoo’s would join restaurants like Culver’s, Bob Evans, and Crave Cookies.
