Known for its fast, convenience-focused service model, On The Grind has been steadily expanding its footprint in Texas with a drive-thru format designed to serve coffee, energy drinks, and other quick-serve beverages aimed at high-traffic roadside locations.
The proposed site for the project is listed as 13378 U.S. Hwy 87 W, placing the planned location along a key roadway in the area.
According to city documentation, the application includes standard requirements such as land ownership verification, notarised authorisation (where applicable), and supporting materials including site plans, surveys, and legal property descriptions. The submission also notes that any request for rezoning must include detailed information on the proposed use of the property, as well as existing zoning and current land use.
While specific operational plans for the La Vernia location have not yet been publicly detailed, the filing indicates that the applicant is seeking to move forward with formal approvals required for development consideration.
The City of La Vernia process requires applicants to provide comprehensive documentation, including property surveys, legal descriptions, and any relevant architectural or planning materials. A denied application, as outlined in the filing guidelines, would not be eligible for reconsideration for one year.
