A Midland, Texas-based environmental and industrial company serving the oil & gas industry has filed for bankruptcy. The filing comes as the company reports more than 200 creditors and a significant gap between its estimated assets and liabilities.

Warrior Technologies, LLC is known for industrial cleaning, hydro excavation, oilfield trucking, and more services. Case filings show that it is set to continue operations throughout the proceedings as a debtor-in-possession.

Warrior Technologies, LLC Files for Chapter 11

On May 21, 2026, the company made a voluntary filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. Attorney Bernard R. Given, II of Loeb & Loeb LLP is offering legal representation to the company.

Case filings, as available on PACER, show that the board of directors of Warrior Technologies, LLC gave a unanimous written consent prior to the filing. Dated May 20, 2026, the document stated that the decision was in the best interest of the company, its employees, and its creditors.

Filing details add that H.H. Womack, III (the company’s CEO and Chairman) is the authorized representative designated by the board.

Operations to Continue as Normal

As per the written consent of the board of directors, Warrior Technologies, LLC is authorized to seek permission for debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing. The company’s proposed financing includes up to $18 million as a revolving loan and up to $5.7 million on a term loan basis.

Case filings add that Harney Partners is the financial advisor in the case, and Omni Agent Solution is the claims and noticing agent.

Company Faces Financial Pressures

Case filings show that the company has listed its creditors in the range of 200 to 999. In addition, it submitted a list of the 20 largest unsecured creditors who are not insiders. These include Global World Technologies LLC, Tommy White Supply, KC Light Towers LLC, Forrest Brothers Tire and Alignment, and more.

Court filings indicate that funds will be available for distribution to the unsecured creditors.

Filing details also show that Warrior Technologies, LLC faces a notable financial imbalance. While its estimated liabilities are between $50 million and $100 million, its assets are estimated to be between $10 million and $50 million.
