Lit Wings Express is spreading its wings throughout the Valley. According to a recently filed City of Las Vegas permit, Lit Wings will start operating out of the Lucky 3 Food Co ghost kitchen facility at 333 W. St. Louis Ave., effectively serving multiple areas throughout the Valley.
“A lot of customers have been asking us to expand or get closer to their side of town, especially for delivery,” Lit Wings Express Co-owner Kevin Vong said in an interview with What Now Las Vegas.
“The ghost kitchen opportunity made sense for us because it allows us to reach more people throughout Las Vegas while still keeping the quality and consistency we care about.”
With two locations already up and booming, the plan is to open Lit Wing Express this August. But, as we look towards the brand’s future, we have to highlight its past. Vong started the brand as a food truck with his brother Alvin back in 2021.
“Honestly, it was really just two brothers passionate about wings and wanting to create flavors that stood out from the typical wing spots around town,” Vong said.
“Over time, the support from the community helped us grow into our North Las Vegas location and also a location on Nellis Air Force Base.”
The fusion-style wing spot with a whole lot of personality mixes comfort food with bold flavors to create a memorable experience that keeps customers coming back.
“We’ve always tried to bring our own style into the food with fusion-inspired flavors and different influences from different cultures,” Vong said.
“Some of our most popular flavors are Korean, Sweet Heat Thai, Garlic Parmesan, Jamaican Jerk, and Hot Lemon Pepper. We also became known for our specialty fries and garlic noodles.”
Since the new Lit Wings Express will mainly focus on delivery and online ordering, Vong shared that the brand will likely celebrate the launch through delivery platforms, online promotions, and social media specials.
“We definitely want to create some excitement around the launch and give new customers a chance to try the brand,” Vong added.
As the brand continues to grow, you may start to see more locations pop up as the owners explore franchising opportunities. But, for now, Lit Wings Express is on its way to helping anyone “get lit” on any given day or for any occasion.
“We just want to continue bringing good food, good energy, and something different to the Vegas food scene. We really appreciate all the support people have shown us over the years,” Vong said.
“We’re genuinely grateful for everyone who has supported us from the food truck days up until now. Seeing the brand continue growing is honestly a blessing, and we’re excited for what’s next. We’re also currently working on rebranding and updating our logo as we continue evolving the Lit Wings brand and preparing for future growth.”
Lit Wing Express is anticipated to open in the Lucky 3 Food Co ghost kitchen facility at 333 W. St. Louis Ave by this summer.
