Architect group behind the redevelopment of the Pencil Factory Lofts and Shops to design residential project near Historic Fourth Ward Park.
Yesterday, David Baycura – founding Partner of Sundance Properties – filed for a Special Administrative Permit for 507 Wilmer Street.
The application calls for five three-story town home units.
Currently, the property is an empty, fenced-off lot in Old Fourth Ward surrounded by Camden and Amli Fourth Ward Apartments and a small office building. All properties are all located immediately west of Historic Fourth Ward Park.
The owner of the property is listed as Martin Articher.
At the end of last year, site plans drafted by Brown Architects of Avondale Estates were filed with City of Atlanta, pictured below. Three units will feature decks.
The architecture group is behind several Atlanta projects including 870 Inman, Brookwood Place, and the redevelopment of the Pencil Factory Lofts and Shops.
