Sawgrass Mills is getting a taste of island life when Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar opens a new location at the Sunrise shopping destination, bringing its cocktails and casual dining to the mall’s Colonnade Outlets.

According to Sawgrass Mills’ website, the new Marlin Bar will be located at 1840 Sawgrass Mills Circle near the AC Hotel entrance, and lists the combination bar and restaurant as “coming soon”, with no exact opening date announced. The Sawgrass Mills outpost is expected to join South Florida locations in Palm Beach Gardens, Dania Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. In total, there more than two dozen locations throughout the country.

Founded in 1993 and owned by Oxford Industries since 2003, Tommy Bahama has evolved into a true lifestyle company with restaurants, bars, resorts, and more than 160 retail locations worldwide.

Known for tropical cocktails, seafood-forward bites, and “toes in the sand” vibes, Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar should be a natural fit for Sawgrass Mills’ mix of shoppers, tourists, and locals looking to linger after a day of bargain hunting.
