Chick-fil-A has opened a new delivery-only kitchen in Miami on June 2, 2026. The facility prepares food exclusively for delivery and is the company’s sixth delivery-only kitchen nationwide. To celebrate the opening, the company made donations to local hunger-relief organizations.
Chick-fil-A Wynwood Delivery Marks Florida Debut

Miami has welcomed its first Chick-fil-A delivery-only kitchen. It has opened in the Wynwood area and is exclusive for delivery orders. The location will not offer dine-in or drive-thru services and is the company’s first delivery kitchen in Florida.
Miami native and local Chick-fil-A owner-operator Thomas Overby will operate the kitchen. He also operates another Chick-fil-A restaurant in the city. This opening aims to provide faster and more convenient delivery service to customers across Miami.
“We know how important fast and reliable delivery is to Wynwood, and we want to meet the community where they are while keeping our signature hospitality,” said Overby. “Being born and raised in Miami, serving this community is very special to me. Our new delivery kitchen location gives us the opportunity to serve the Wynwood community in a way that works best for them and gives me the privilege to deepen my connection with my hometown.”
The kitchen will deliver orders Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until midnight. Orders will be fulfilled through third-party delivery platforms.
Impact on the Community
The new Chick-fil-A Wynwood delivery location has created 30 new job opportunities for local residents. The company also donated $25,000 to local organizations working to address food insecurity. The location will also participate in food donation programs, helping reduce food waste.
Chick-fil-A is the third-largest quick-service restaurant company in the U.S. It is known for its freshly prepared food, signature hospitality, and unique franchise model. It also supports local efforts and makes a positive impact on the communities it serves.
The opening of Chick-fil-A Wynwood Delivery marks a new chapter for the brand in Florida. It brings a delivery-focused model to Miami for the first time.
