Paris Baguette, the French bakery and cafe chain, is bringing its signature pastries, cakes, breads, and coffee to Wynwood with the opening of its first Miami location.
The new café is slated to open at Strata Wynwood, at 2217 N. Miami Avenue. Cesar Paoli, the franchisee who is bringing Paris Baguette to Miami, says the cafe is in its final permitting stages, with the hopes of a grand opening in late June. According to Paoli, this marks the first of more baked goodness to come — plans are already in the works for locations in Pinecrest and Coral Springs.
Paris Baguette is known for its wide selection of freshly baked pastries, signature cakes, sandwiches, and specialty coffee drinks, Paris Baguette has built a loyal following by combining European-inspired baking traditions with a modern café experience. For Paoli, it’s that quality that made him want to bring Paris Baguette to Miami. “I don’t think there’s another place where you can get this level of quality. I’m kind of a foodie and I would never open something that I didn’t believe in.”
Paoli is also sure that Miamians on the go will appreciate the quick service at Paris Baguette, along with a location that’s convenient for the neighborhoods of Wynwood, Edgewater, and Midtown Miami.
Founded in South Korea in 1988, Paris Baguette has grown from a single neighborhood bakery into one of the world’s largest bakery-café brands. Today, the company operates more than 4,000 locations worldwide across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East, with more than 300 cafés currently open across the United States and Canada.
