Chef Olivia Ostrow, the Miami-based chef and restaurateur behind Maison Ostrow in North Bay Village, announces Maison Baguette, a new kosher artisan sandwich concept reimagining sandwiches through a French lens all served in signature house-baked baguettes available via pickup at Maison Ostrow (1666 79th Street Causeway Suite 102, North Bay Village, FL 33141) and delivery through Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub, as well as the Maison Baguette app available in the App Store and Google Play starting June 1.

The house-baked baguettes are offered in four signature flavors (Nature, Provencale, Sun-Dried Tomato, and Harissa) and filled with globally inspired combinations that draw from Paris, New York, Tunis, Tel Aviv, Marrakech, and beyond. Every item is prepared under strict kosher supervision certified by ORB.

“Maison Baguette takes the world’s most iconic sandwiches and reimagines them through French technique and balance,” said Chef Ostrow in a statement. “It’s fast, craveable, and deeply crafted without ever compromising standards.”

The Maison Baguette menu spans more than 25 sandwiches, including: Meat, Poultry, Fish, Vegetarian, and Gourmet Maison.

Standout offerings include:

  • The Baguette NYC: hand-sliced pastrami, “provolone,” pickles, and creamy coleslaw on a kosher take on the New York deli classic
  • The Baguette Merguez: spicy lamb merguez with caramelized onions, piperade, Dijon, and harissa, rooted in the North African-Parisian tradition
  • The Baguette Carpaccio Truffle: shaved fresh truffle, truffle aioli, thin-sliced ribeye, raw carpaccio, “parmesan,” and arugula — a showpiece from the Gourmet Maison collection
  • The Baguette Wagyu Brisket: wagyu brisket, arugula, caramelized onions, and grilled artichokes, a nod to the Jewish grandmother’s kitchen elevated with premium ingredients
  • The Baguette Duck a l’Orange: duck confit leg with potatoes, caramelized onions, shallots, and orange sauce — classic French bistro in a handheld format
  • The Maison Baguette Lunch Box: Your perfect lunch, packed the Maison way. Choose your favorite sandwich, drink, and dessert. Complimentary hand-cut fries are included with every lunch box order

The menu is rounded out by a selection of house-made “butter” options (Provencal, Saffron, Harissa, Truffle, Za’atar, and Bleu “cheese”), hand-cut fries, duck rillettes, artisan breads, and the indulgent Baguette Choco dessert.
