Sherman Oaks restaurant Dojo Sushi is eyeing expansion in Encino, according to an ABC filing. Dojo Sushi is aiming to open in Encino Courtyard at 17401 Ventura Blvd, Suite G.
What Now Los Angeles reached out to the owner, who shared that they are looking into the space but nothing is definite as of yet. Further details are forthcoming in the coming months.
Dojo Sushi has been part of the Sherman Oaks community for more than a decade, serving authentic sushi.
“When we launched the Dojo Sushi concept our simple vision was to deliver a valued dining experience that would take people back in time to the origins of authentic sushi cuisine,” the website states. “As such, we knew from the start that we could never settle for second best and that we had to teach customers the extraordinary nuances of sushi they had never learned.”
In Encino, the new location would be near Planet Fitness, Shake Shack, Starbucks, Pressed Juicery and Western Bagels.
