Midtown is getting a unique business that is sure to stand out among the neighborhood’s current health-oriented offerings.

Aiyana Lacey is planning to open a new holistic concept, House of Yen, in the neighborhood.

Vance Jones, of Ideal Design Solutions, is handling permits and plans for the company and first told What Now Atlanta (WNA) about the forthcoming project.

Lacey told WNA in a phone conversation Tuesday that the establishment will be centered around holistic healing, true to the owner’s belief that the body is its own best healer.

Some services that House of Yen plans to offer are massage, detox, juicing, and yoga.

Lacey is a licensed massage therapist who has been practicing massage for eight years, yoga for two years, and has also been a licensed aesthetician for four years.

The interior of the location would have a bohemian chic feel. Currently, the space has white walls and hardwood floors, and Lacey plans to add bamboo arches and white curtains, to make House of Yen an “oasis in the city.”

The targeted opening date is May 15th.
