The Daily Pilates is preparing to open a new studio at 1020 E. Whitaker Mill Road, Suite 100, in Raleigh’s East End Market, according to Axios Raleigh. The boutique fitness concept is one of several new tenants announced for the mixed-use development.
The new studio will add to the growing mix of retail, dining and wellness businesses at East End Market, a development near the intersection of Whitaker Mill Road and Atlantic Avenue that has continued to attract new tenants alongside the neighboring Raleigh Iron Works project, the publication reported.
According to The Daily Pilates’ website, the fitness brand offers reformer-based Pilates classes designed for participants of all experience levels. The studio’s workouts focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing mobility through low-impact, full-body exercise in a group setting. Franchise Owner of the Raleigh location, Alexandra Draughon, confirmed that her studio will also be offering infrared hot mat Pilates classes.
Members can expect instructor-led classes centered on controlled movement, core strength and functional fitness. The company says its programming is designed to be accessible to beginners while also providing enough challenge for more experienced participants, with an emphasis on creating a welcoming community environment.
While an opening timeline has not yet been announced, the addition of The Daily Pilates further expands the wellness offerings planned for East End Market as the development continues to grow.
