A Brentwood pizzeria is expanding to Beverly Hills. Flour Pizzeria is looking to bring its New York-style pizza to 243 S. Beverly Dr. in the space formerly home to Upper Crust Pizzeria.

Owner Robert Flutie opened the original Flour Pizzeria location in the Pacific Palisades in 2023, but the initial spot was lost during the Palisades fire in 2025. Since February 2025, the pizza shop has been operating in Brentwood.

The shop offers pizza options ranging from classics such as margherita and pepperoni to spicy salami pizza and Zabs Zinger (made with mozzarella, pepperoni, jalapeño, shaved parmesan, fresh basil and Zabs hot honey). The website indicates that pizzas are made with non-bleached, chemical-free flour from a family-run mill in Padova, Italy. The brand emphasizes affordability as well as from-scratch quality to ensure it can compete with fast-food pizza shops.

What Now Los Angeles reached out to Flutie, who confirmed the plans in a message but did not share further details prior to the time of publication. Stay tuned for updates on this location.
