P Hospitality Management is expanding its South Florida restaurant portfolio with the opening of Ember & Vine.

The restaurant, which featured an all-day dining concept, will open at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs’ Sawgrass Center. It’s expected to open the end of July 2026.

Created by restaurateurs Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli, Ember & Vine is built around seasonal ingredients, house-made preparations and globally inspired flavors served in a polished yet approachable setting. Designed for everything from breakfast meetings and family brunches to date nights and after-work cocktails, the restaurant embraces a philosophy of sharing and connection through food.

The new restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily in a bright, contemporary space designed for gatherings of every kind. Featured dishes include Christina’s crudité, tuna bombs, hearth bread topped with whipped herb ricotta and local honey, miso black cod and beef short  ribs served with scallion pancakes. The Pozzuolis say the menu is designed to encourage guests to order multiple small plates and discover new favorites together.

Ember & Vine is P Hospitality Management’s third Broward County restaurant, following Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian and Dear Olivia. The company also operates Prezzo Boca Raton and Amante’s in Deerfield Beach.
