Units to range from 1,900 to 3,465 square feet, beginning at $1.8 million.
Much-anticipated design-forward condo project Emerson has released new details of the forthcoming building, reported by atlantaSKYrise blog.
The project is the work of Jarel Portman and Bruce Fernald along with JPX Works.
If you’re one of several Atlantans who have expressed interest in making a home for yourself in one of Emerson’s pristine, glassy units, you’ll be interested to know that prices begin at a luxurious $1.8 million for the smallest floor plans.
Each unit would get its own unobstructed 270-degree view, 350 to 400-square-foot terrace, and private elevator.
The development will feature three floor plans ranging from 1,900 to 3,465 square feet.
Emerson is slated to break ground in fall of 2016 with plans to be completed in the summer of 2018.
