Huey Magoo’s is opening a new restaurant in Hialeah, continuing its expansion across South Florida. The restaurant chain will celebrate the grand opening ceremony of its new restaurant in Hialeah on Saturday, July 11. Guests can enter an exciting giveaway for a chance to win free chicken for a year.
Huey Magoo’s Celebrates Grand Opening in Hialeah
The new Huey Magoo’s restaurant at 457 Hialeah Drive, Unit 1, will officially open with a ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 11 a.m. Andy Howard, company President and CEO, will join the celebration with local community members and guests.
As part of the grand opening, guests can take can enjoy a free 5-Piece Tender Meal with the purchase of a 5-Piece Tender Meal and a regular fountain drink from July 11 through July 15. The promotion is valid for in-restaurant orders only.
The celebration will also include a “Free Chicken for a Year” giveaway. Twelve winners will be selected during the grand opening event. The giveaway is part of the brand’s grand opening celebration and community outreach efforts.
The brand opened its first Miami-Dade location in Palmetto Bay in May 2025. It is known for its handcrafted chicken tenders marinated for 24 hours.
Huey Magoo’s 90th Store and Nationwide Momentum

With the Hialeah opening, the brand has continued to grow steadily throughout U.S. markets, marking the 90th restaurant location nationwide.
Huey Magoo’s opened its first location in Orlando in 2004. Since then, the brand has grown into a fast-casual chain known for its made-to-order chicken tender made exclusively from chicken tenderloin.
The menu also features sandwiches, wraps, and fresh salads. The menu also includes family meals, kids’ meals, crinkle-cut fries, fresh-cut chips, Texas toast, and seasonal limited-time offerings.
The Hialeah opening expands Huey Magoo’s presence in South Florida as the chain continues adding locations nationwide.
