Salon Lofts, one of the leading salon suite rental concepts in the country, plans to be bringing a new location to one of Austin’s most walkable mixed-use destinations.
According to public filings, the brand could open at 4616 Triangle Ave. within The Triangle development in Central Austin, where a 6,031-square-foot tenant remodel of an existing first-floor space is currently planned. Construction is set to begin in October 2026, with a completion date targeted for March 2027.

Salon Lofts operates on a salon suite rental model, offering independent beauty professionals — hairstylists, nail artists, estheticians, massage therapists, lash specialists, barbers, and more — private, fully equipped lofts to run their own businesses. Each space features sliding doors for privacy, floor-to-ceiling glass, and high open ceilings, according to the brand’s website.
Loft owners benefit from centralized marketing, online booking through the Salon Lofts platform, and access to exclusive partnerships, which allows professionals to earn rent rewards on product purchases.
The Triangle location would mark the brand’s 17th Austin-area outpost, adding to an already dense local footprint that spans neighborhoods from Round Rock to Bee Cave to South Lamar. The Triangle development is a vibrant mixed-use corridor in the Hyde Park area, surrounded by hundreds of residential units, making it a natural draw for beauty professionals seeking a built-in client base.
