Burlington keeps expanding its retail presence in the nation. The off-price retailer will open a new store at 10515 N. MoPac Expy., Building 1, in Austin’s Arbor Walk shopping center. The site will open on July 9, 2026, providing a new shopping destination for locals.
Burlington is Opening a New Store in Austin
The Austin location is part of Burlington’s nationwide expansion. According to USA Today, the Austin store is one of 12 Burlington locations scheduled to open across six states this July.
The July openings are part of Burlington’s plan to add more than 100 stores in 2026, expanding its network of more than 1,000 U.S. locations. The Austin store is designed with Burlington’s new store format that will allow customers to have a seamless shopping experience while maintaining value.
The grand opening weekend will include promotional offers. The first 100 buyers will receive a $10 Bonus Card, while supplies last. The company invited shoppers to visit the new location and explore its selection of value-priced merchandise.

- July 16: Lubbock – 11915 Quaker Ave Suite 400

Store Offerings
The new Austin store will offer Burlington’s signature assortment of products for the entire family. Departments include women’s, men’s, children’s, and baby apparel. There will also be a section for consumers to check out footwear, handbags, accessories, beauty products, toys, gifts, home decor, pet supplies, and seasonal merchandise.
Like other Burlington locations, the store focuses on offering nationally recognized brands at discounts of up to 60% off other retailers’ prices.
Inventory is updated regularly throughout the year, according to the company. The Austin store will also feature departments for home essentials, luggage and day-to-day items, offering shoppers a range of value-focused shopping choices.
The new Burlington at Arbor Walk provides another off-price shopping outlet for Austin residents.
