Erin Kelly Salon, a boutique salon with a deeply personal specialty, is coming to Grapevine this fall. According to public filings, the salon plans to open at 216 E. Northwest Hwy., Suite 100, with a targeted opening in September 2026. Construction is currently underway.

The salon was founded by best friends and business partners Kelly Magouirk and Chelsea Seaton, a duo with more than 15 years of friendship and a shared mission.

After two decades in the beauty industry, Magouirk saw a clear gap: a salon that felt truly different for those navigating hair loss. The name “Erin Kelly” combines Seaton’s middle name with Magouirk’s last name.

What Now Dallas spoke to Chelsea Seaton, who shared that their goal is to create a safe place in the community “where every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and leaves feeling more like themselves,” she told this outlet.

While the salon offers traditional cut and color services, its defining specialty sets it apart: custom hair toppers and non-surgical hair replacement for women and men experiencing hair loss.

The approach fills a gap that most traditional salons leave unaddressed, offering a discreet, welcoming environment for clients navigating one of the more emotionally sensitive experiences a person can face.

Hair toppers and non-surgical replacement systems have grown significantly in demand in recent years as awareness around hair loss — whether from alopecia, chemotherapy, hormonal changes, or other causes — has expanded. Unlike wigs, hair toppers are designed to blend seamlessly with existing hair, offering a natural look and feel tailored to each client’s specific needs.

The Grapevine location is a homecoming for the co-owners, who both previously lived in the city. “We love the sense of community here, and being near Main Street gives us great visibility and easy access for clients coming from all over DFW,” Seaton told What Now Dallas. “We can’t wait to become part of the Grapevine community and welcome everyone into our new space.”
