Case records show that the company has listed around 50 to 99 creditors in its petition. This suggests that it is aiming to readjust its finances while continuing operations under court supervision.

Company Seeks Chapter 11 Reorganization

Court records, as available on the Pacermonitor database, show that the company submitted its petition on July 8, 2026. CEO James T. Manis signed the petition as the company’s authorized representative.

The records add that attorney G. Frank Nason, IV of Lamberth, Cifelli, Ellis & Nason, P.A. is the legal counsel for Wain Enterprises, LLC.

The filing comes after more than seven decades of operations across the Southeast.
