Office building 14th & Spring is slated to receive a new cafe. 14th & Spring Cafe will open in a 3,275-square-foot space at 1150 Spring St. NW, Suite 175, according to a filing with NPU-E.
The spot will feature 86 seats and will operate Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., according to filed paperwork.
The 14th & Spring website teases the new restaurant, listing it as “coming 2026.” The all-day restaurant will sit in the lobby of the office building and feature a lobby bar designed to cater largely to employees and clients in the office building.
What Now Atlanta reached out to the ownership team for further details on the concept and opening but did not hear back prior to the time of publication.
