Mellen Lofts, a planned project from the team behind Lumberyard and Armour Junctions, would bring much-needed loft office space to the Downtown neighborhood.

The EpiCity adaptive reuse, which would renovate a mechanic garage at 126 Renaissance Pkwy NE, would be a group of “authentic, creative office lofts.”

The development’s website is advertising suites ranging from 2,000 – 16,214 rentable square feet.

Mellen Lofts would also feature 50 parking spaces, bike racks, a community break room, “enhanced restrooms,” creative break out areas and green space.
