The project, registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, calls for renovations to an existing 2,432-square-foot space at 5300 San Dario Ave., Suite 183.
Construction is scheduled to begin September 7 and is expected to be completed by October 23, according to the filing. The project carries an estimated cost of $285,230.
The filing lists Mall del Norte CMBS 2026 LLC as the property owner, while the tenant has not yet been assigned in the project records. Arcadis Inc. is listed as the design firm.
