Pottery Barn Kids is planned to open a new Columbus location at 3983 Gramercy St., adding another destination for children’s furniture, décor and nursery products in the city, according to Easton Town Center.
The upcoming store will be part of Williams-Sonoma Inc., the parent company behind Pottery Barn Kids and brands including Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Teen, West Elm, Rejuvenation and Mark & Graham.
Pottery Barn Kids was introduced in 1999 and specialises in furnishings and accessories for nurseries, bedrooms and playrooms. Its product range includes furniture, bedding, rugs, lighting, window treatments, décor, toys, nursery essentials and children’s accessories.
The brand places an emphasis on quality, safety and sustainability. Williams-Sonoma Inc. says Pottery Barn Kids products are rigorously tested to meet child-safety standards and are designed to last beyond the childhood years.
The Columbus store would add to Pottery Barn Kids’ existing presence in the market. The brand currently operates a location at 1500 Polaris Parkway, Suite 2228, in Columbus. Pottery Barn Kids
Pottery Barn Kids has also continued expanding its product offerings through collaborations and licensed collections. Recent examples include its collaboration with AERIN, which introduced collections for nursery and children’s spaces, as well as a Pokémon home and accessories collection featuring bedding, backpacks, lunch bags and décor.
The brand operates company-owned stores in the United States, Canada and Australia, while unaffiliated franchisees operate stores in several international markets.
Details about the 3983 Gramercy St. location, including its anticipated opening date, store size and what prompted the expansion, were not immediately available.
