Back Nine Golf, an indoor golf training and simulator facility, is getting ready to open a new location in La Porte at 3525 Canada Road, Suite B2 B.

The project is listed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a 2,060-square-foot tenant improvement for a golf training facility franchise. Franchise owner Brendon Lee tells What Now Houston that he hopes to open the location by the end of the year.

The company offers indoor golf simulator bays with 24-hour access, according to Back Nine Golf’s website. Customers do not need a membership to play at Back Nine Golf, while memberships offer additional benefits that vary by location. The company says players can use the facilities for casual play, training, or competitive tournaments.

Back Nine Golf uses Full Swing indoor golf simulator technology, according to the company. The company’s offerings include practice, course play, tournament participation, and golf leagues. Back Nine Golf also offers events, including private gatherings, corporate events, golf camps, and clinics.

The company’s website lists locations across the United States, including numerous locations throughout Texas. Its Texas locations include facilities in Allen, McKinney, Frisco, Flower Mound, Denton, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Austin, Houston, Katy, League City, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, and other communities. The La Porte location will add another Texas location to the company’s growing list of indoor golf facilities.
