Bombas is making its debut in Los Angeles this month. The new store will bring the brand’s comfort-focused apparel to the city. It will celebrate the opening with a special giveaway for the first customers.
Bombas Is Opening Its First Los Angeles Store
Bombas is opening in Los Angeles’ Venice on August 21. This will be the brand’s first location in Los Angeles and fifth overall, highlighting its growing presence in the U.S. market. The opening follows the brand’s first retail store, which opened in New York last fall.
Bombas is an American comfort-focused apparel brand. The company originally focused on socks but has since expanded into underwear, T-shirts, slippers, and shoes.
Bombas operates its signature ‘One Purchased = One Donated’ giving model. For every item a customer buys, Bombas donates an essential clothing item through its network of over 4,000 giving partners.
Bombas says its customers have helped the company donate more than 200 million clothing items. The brand emphasizes softness, support, fit, and durability across its products. Its sock designs include features such as targeted support and a stay-put fit.
To celebrate the opening, Bombas will give its first 150 customers a pair of exclusive Sushi Socks. The new store will open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.
Strategic Location on Abbot Kinney Boulevard
The new store will open at 1327 Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, a popular shopping and dining destination in Los Angeles. According to Fashion Network, GQ magazine called Abbot Kinney Boulevard the “coolest block in America” in 2012. The approximately one-mile-long street attracts locals, tourists, and shoppers, giving Bombas exposure to a wide range of customers.
Bombas joins more than fifty fashion and accessories stores along Abbot Kinney. Nearby retailers include Allbirds, Veja, Buck Mason, and Pleasing, the lifestyle brand founded by Harry Styles.
