Vesta Coffee Roasters is working on its fifth opening! According to an Instagram Post from Vesta Coffee Roasters owner, Jerad Howard, the new Vesta Coffee Roasters shop is slated to open on Blue Diamond & Rainbow.
“Thank you to the day-1 folks, our dedicated team of baristas, bakers, cooks, roasters, management, production, and more,” Howard writes in the Instagram post.

The Review Journal’s Neon Blog reports that the fifth Vesta Coffee Roasters will open at 7120 Blue Diamond Road, Suite A-100.
“Here we go! #5 @vestacoffee,” Howard said.
“Ten years in, and we are starting on store number 5️⃣! Ask me back then, I would have never thought. Super stoked to be spreading the gospel of specialty coffee and tasty treats.”
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Howard to find out more about the upcoming opening, especially the opening date. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
The image in the Instagram post clearly shows that construction is underway. If all goes well with permitting and construction, the next Vesta Coffee Roasters shop could open before the end of this year.
Jerad Howard founded Vesta Coffee Roasters in 2015, originally starting as a micro-roasting kitchen project. Vesta Coffee Roasters opened its flagship cafe and on-site roastery in the Las Vegas Arts District in 2016.
It expanded into a local staple known for direct-trade sourcing and scratch-made food. The original store comes with a roaster on-site. There’s also a location in Summerlin and two more in the Durango resort.
What Now also reached out to Vesta Coffee Roasters Director of Operations, Dale Capistrano, to find out more about what will be on-site at the new Vesta Coffee Roasters shop coming to the Las Vegas Valley. But we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
Not only does Vesta Coffee Roasters offer a variety of coffee drinks, lattes, and espressos, but the brand also offers delicious eats and baked goods, and has bagged coffee and other merchandise for sale.
Although it is not clear when exactly the new Vesta cafe will open or if/when there will be a grand opening, we’re sure more details will come to light as we inch closer to opening. So keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest.
