La Casa del Sazón, “a Restaurant & Lounge w/ Puerto Rican Roots & Urban Flavor,” is opening soon in Spring Hill.
This week, What Now came across submitted plan review documents that show the new restaurant opening at 4560 Commercial Way.
“Thank you for being part of the La Casa Del Sazón family before we open our doors,” says a post published on Instagram last month by the upcoming restaurant. (The translation from the Spanish is ours.) “The best is yet to come, and we can’t wait to share our sazón [seasoning] with all of you.”
What Now reached out on Thursday to owner David Gonzalez to ask about plans for the opening. Gonzalez was not immediately available for comment.
