Located at 6700 Gulf Blvd. in St. Pete Beach, Sola Bistro + Wine Bar serves up “Delicious Food. Great Wine.” Owners Tigran Khachaturyan and Artem Kucherenko, who have been running the restaurant since 2015, are now preparing to expand with their next project, to be situated just next door, says coverage by St. Pete Rising.

The new restaurant, opening at 6702 Gulf Blvd., will be called Bararam and will be a “1,110-square-foot Spanish-inspired restaurant and bar.”

“Bararam’s food menu will feature traditional Spanish tapas, including ceviche, pan con tomate, rabbit croquetas, Spanish omelets, and gildas, which are small skewers typically made with peppers, olives, and anchovies,” says St. Pete Rising.

Opening in the Gulf Boulevard location, Bararam will be joining a culinary community that includes not only Sola Bistro + Wine Bar but other nearby restaurants like Rick’s Reef, Rude Rascal’s Lounge, Giuseppe’s Pizzeria, and Uncle Funz Provisions.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with owner Tigran Khachaturyan on Wednesday. Khachaturyan was not immediately available to discuss the restaurant further, but stay tuned for updates as What Now is awaiting more details.
