Frozen dessert franchise Jeremiah’s Italian Ice has a Woodstock location in the works. Franchisee Nick Patel has inked a lease at 12186 Highway 92 in Woodstock.
Gary Woodward, managing director at JLL, represented the tenant in the deal.
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice opened its first location in 1996 in Winter Park, Fla. Since then, the brand has expanded throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama and Texas. The brand has started to expand west, with several locations in Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.
Patel confirmed that the location in Woodstock is in the works. However, What Now Atlanta could not obtain opening timeline details prior to the time of publication.
Menu offerings include the Jelati, a layered treat with soft ice cream and Italian ice, as well as various flavors of Italian Ice and soft ice cream.
