Maxie’s Las Vegas is set to debut in Henderson! The Las Vegas Strip eatery is working on a second opening. Maxie’s is slated to open at 1695 E. Cactus Ave., according to the Review Journal’s Neon Blog.
Maxie’s currently serves the Las Vegas Valley and its visitors from the Linq Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to the owner and General Manager, Joseph Albanese, to find out more about the exciting new opening. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

Maxie’s opened its flagship location in 2019 at The LINQ Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip, taking over the space previously occupied by Canter’s Deli. Developed by Hospitality Boulevard, the restaurant was conceptualized with a playful, over-the-top diner theme inspired by a fictional “Grandma Maxie.”
Hospitality Boulevard’s current collection of venues includes Smoked Burgers & BBQ at The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas, Maxie’s, and The Wellesbourne in Los Angeles, with additional concepts to be announced shortly.

The plan is to expand operations locally by launching a dual-concept Maxie’s restaurant and bar alongside a sibling Aroma Café in Henderson.
