One of Dallas’ most beloved health-conscious restaurant concepts is expanding to Plano. According to public filings, HG Sply Co. plans to open at 5880 State Hwy 121, Suite 102B, within the Granite Park development.
HG Sply Co. has built its following in Dallas around a menu that balances clean, thoughtfully sourced ingredients with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere; what the brand calls “clean food, classic drinks, and humble hospitality.” The menu spans health-forward breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch options.
What Now Dallas spoke with representatives of UNCO, the parent company behind HG Sply Co., who confirmed that completion is targeted for January 2027.
According to the representatives, the choice of Granite Park was deliberate. “We’ve admired Granite Park for years and love the warmth, nature, and sense of community its owners have thoughtfully created there,” the team said.
The connection runs deeper than real estate: co-owners Sameer and Elias are longtime fans of Seager & Sons and Union Bear, both concepts from 33 Restaurant Group, which anchors Granite Park’s dining lineup.
“We believe HG brings something complementary to an already incredible mix, making Granite Park feel like a natural home for us in Plano,” they told What Now Dallas.
The Plano opening marks a meaningful expansion for a brand that has become a staple of the Dallas dining scene. “We can’t wait to give the community another place to gather, whether it’s lunch during the workday, dinner with family, happy hour with friends, or weekend brunch,” the team said. “We are thrilled to introduce them to HG’s clean food, classic drinks, and humble hospitality.”
