Paris Baguette has geared up for the fall season with a new lineup of limited-time treats and drinks inspired by caramel apple and pumpkin flavors. The seasonal menu, available starting August 26, 2026, features pastries, cakes, beverages, savory items and several returning fall classics.
Paris Baguette Launches New Fall Menu
According to QSR Magazine, the bakery-café is updating its seasonal lineup with returning favorites and new fall-inspired items.
Cathy Chavenet, Chief Marketing Officer at Paris Baguette North America, said that the company looks forward to bringing its fall selections to guests each year. She noted that the 2026 lineup reimagines some of its classic seasonal offerings while adding new flavors to the menu.
Pumpkin Favorites Return With a Streusel Twist
Paris Baguette is bringing back its pumpkin offerings for the fall, with a new streusel-inspired take on several seasonal favorites. The selection includes both bakery treats and specialty beverages.
- Pumpkin Streusel Tart: This item features a pumpkin spice filling baked in a buttery tart shell. The topping includes streusel and icing.
- Pumpkin Spice Cruffin: This croissant-muffin contains pumpkin spice, finished with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin icing.
- Pumpkin Cheese Danish: This flaky pastry is loaded with pumpkin and sweet cream cheese and topped with an icing drizzle.
- Pumpkin Streusel Latte: This hot or iced drink features espresso and milk combined with pumpkin spice and topped with cinnamon streusel.
- Pumpkin Sweet Cream Cold Brew: This cold brew is mixed with pumpkin spice and completed with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and sweet cream.
- Pumpkin Chai Oatmilk Latte: This chai tea has a mix of pumpkin spice and oatmilk. Its topping includes pumpkin spice. The item is available hot or iced.

Fresh Range of Caramel Apple Offerings
The arrival of apple-picking season has inspired Paris Baguette to create a lineup centered on the familiar flavors of apples and caramel. These flavors appear across a selection of bakery items and specialty drinks.
- Caramel Apple Streusel Trifle: This layered dessert combines four layers of sponge vanilla cake, cinnamon apple and pastry cream flavors. It is finished off with streusel and caramel. The company has also brought a smaller Trifle Cup version of the item.
- Caramel Apple Streusel Donut: This King Cream Donut is filled with cinnamon apple and a topping of caramel and buttery streusel.
- Caramel Apple Streusel Tart: This buttery tart shell contains baked cinnamon apples and is topped with caramel and streusel.
- Caramel Apple Streusel Waffle: This is a Liège-style waffle, which is paired with cinnamon apple, caramel, and a buttery streusel topping.
- Caramel Apple Matcha Latte: This beverage is paired with caramel apple and milk, then topped with caramel sauce. It is available hot or iced.
- Caramel Apple Macchiato: This seasonal espresso beverage offers a mix of caramel apple flavors with caramel sauce and steamed milk, served hot or iced.

More Fall Items Join the Menu
Paris Baguette’s recent fall menu also brings back favorites such as the Pecan Tart and Carrot Cake. Some savory options include the Pesto Chicken Pizzetta with Goat Cheese, Harvest Chicken Salad with Goat Cheese, and Turkey, Cranberry & Goat Cheese Pastry Sandwich.
A new breakfast option called the Chicken Sausage, Egg & Cheddar Everything Breakfast Pastry Sandwich is also coming to the menu. The item is made with maple chicken sausage, freshly cracked egg and cheddar cheese on a flaky pastry.
Customers enrolled in the PB Rewards program can also access seasonal promotions during the fall menu period. From August 31 through September 20, members can receive weekly offers for $3 medium lattes or macchiatos and $3 medium matcha or chai beverages.
On September 29, PB Rewards members can also receive a free medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase in celebration of National Coffee Day.
New PB Rewards members can receive a free pastry with a purchase through the Paris Baguette app, subject to program terms.
Alongside its seasonal menu, the company is partnering with No Kid Hungry through its Love Baked In program. From August 26 through September 30, customers can donate $1, $2 or $3 at participating cafés or round up their purchases when ordering through the app or online.
The new fall menu is available for a limited time at participating Paris Baguette locations.
