Pilates Addiction is set to open a new studio in the Vintage Park area this fall. According to public filings, the studio will be located at The Vintage Center, 10300 Louetta Rd.

What Now Houston reached out to co-franchisee Lacey Williams, who co-owns the Louetta Rd. location with her husband, Russ Williams. She confirmed that the studio is targeted to open in late fall, between October and November 2026, pending construction timelines.

Lacey said she chose Vintage Park because the neighborhood was missing a dedicated Pilates option. “I live close to Vintage Park, and I love Pilates, lately, I’ve been having to drive to The Woodlands, which has made me very inconsistent with my routine. My husband and I spend a lot of time in Vintage Park: the spa, restaurants, so I just knew this community needed Pilates,” she told What Now Houston.

Williams’ confidence in the brand comes from years of personal experience in the Pilates world. “As someone who’s taken Pilates at just about every studio you can take them at, this one stuck out to me because I’ve never seen a studio like this,” she said.

What sold her was the design of the space itself. The studio is built around what Lacey calls “intentional lighting”: colored lights that shift up and down the walls and run through the reformers during class. The layout is designed so that once inside, members can’t see the lobby or parking lot, cutting out the usual distractions of someone arriving late or activity outside the room.

“As someone who gets easily distracted when I’m working out, I really appreciated the studio from that aspect, because the lights dim a little bit and change colors. So you’re not as focused on what’s going on around you. You’re just focused on what you’re doing, and I love that,” she told What Now Houston.

The main studio room will hold 12 reformers, which Williams said allows instructors more room to give individualized corrections. The space will also include a separate private studio for one-on-one sessions geared toward clients managing pregnancy or mobility issues, along with a retail and supplement area near the entrance.

Williams said her first visit to a Pilates Addiction studio in Los Angeles convinced her the brand would take off. “I told my husband when we went and visited the studio in LA, I said I’ve never had a Pilates workout like that. I’ve never seen a studio like this, and I’ve never seen a reformer like this,” she said. “I believe this is going to be the next big thing.”

Pilates Addiction was founded in 2025 by CEO Sarah Luna, a former Xponential Fitness president and Club Pilates executive, and has expanded rapidly since opening its first studio in West Hollywood; surpassing 300 franchise territories across 27 states within its first year, according to the company.

Looking ahead, Williams said the Vintage Park studio won’t be the couple’s only location in the Houston area, as she and her husband, Russ, are also planning to open a second Pilates Addiction studio in Tomball.

Looking ahead to the opening, Williams shared a message for the community: “We’re very excited to bring Pilates Addiction to Vintage Park. We can’t wait to welcome our community this fall at our soft and grand opening events,” she told What Now Houston.
