According to public filings, SimpleVeda Studio plans to open at 508 Twilight Trail, inside Twilight Plaza in Richardson. Permitting records list a construction completion date of November 2026. However, dates listed in public filings are not always definitive.
What Now Dallas reached out to founder Christina Vargas for additional details on the project but did not receive a response prior to publication.
SimpleVeda is an Ayurvedic wellness center that currently operates at 3525 Cedar Springs Road in Dallas, offering Ayurvedic health consultations, yoga classes, meditation, body therapies, and an herbal apothecary. It remains unclear at this time whether the Richardson project represents an expansion into a second location or a relocation of the existing Dallas studio.
Richardson has continued to see steady commercial development along its northern corridors, with the Twilight Trail area sitting near the city’s broader retail and service business district.
The SimpleVeda opening adds to a wave of new business activity What Now Dallas has tracked in Richardson, as Josefina’s Cocina, a new concept from restaurateur Fernando Barrera, or Noorsha Café and Catering’s new location on South Sherman Street.
The addition of a wellness studio would add to the range of health and lifestyle businesses operating in that part of the city. SimpleVeda’s current offerings include personalized Ayurvedic consultations, weekly yoga and meditation classes, and body therapies aimed at holistic health, according to the brand’s own site and social channels.
