Known for its contemporary takes on Mexican street food, the Acadiana-based Los Hermanos food truck is preparing to set down permanent roots in Southwestern Louisiana. In addition to serving classic tacos, the truck also serves more modern fare, including “smash” tacos, three kinds of burgers, and a birria burrito.
Regularly appearing in Lafayette and other Acadiana towns, Los Hermanos is preparing to open its brick-and-mortar location in Kinder, which is located in Allen Parish. A preview video posted to Facebook shows a large indoor dining room, and a covered outdoor patio area.
