A California-based superfood chain is expanding its presence in San Antonio.

Everbowl will open its latest location at 16719 Huebner Rd., joining the recently announced Alamo Ranch location, which is currently under construction, Whatnow San Antonio previously reported.

Both outposts will be operated by franchise owner Jose Leiva.

Everbowl’s menu is “made from stuff that’s been around forever” and features bowls made with acai, pitaya, matcha, blue majik, vanilla, cacao and chia pudding, along with smoothies and toasts.

Standouts include the “Perfect Date” bowl, made with cacao, granola, banana, blueberries, dates and peanut butter; the “Glow Up” smoothie, featuring a mango base blended with mango, pineapple and apple juice; classic avocado toast topped with everything seasoning, chili flakes and honey; and the “Everwich,” a vegan-style ice cream sandwich.

Founded by Jeff Fenster in Southern California in 2016, the health-focused eatery has since expanded to 27 states, with more than 100 locations across the U.S.

The new San Antonio location has not announced an opening date. However, business filings indicate construction is expected to begin in October and wrap up by the end of January 2027.
