According to public filings, Oak & Stone plans to open a new location at 516 E. San Gabriel Parkway, Suite 190, inside the Northline Retail development in Leander.

Oak & Stone is known for its self-pour Tap Wall, which lets guests pour their own drinks from a rotating selection of roughly 40 to 60 taps spanning craft beer, wine, whiskey, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. The menu centers on wood-fired, artisan pizzas alongside wings, salads, sandwiches, and shareable plates.

What Now Austin reached out to Oak & Stone representatives to inquire about an opening timeline but did not receive a response before publication. Permitting records list a construction completion date of December 2026. However, dates listed in public filings are not always definitive.

The Leander opening would mark Oak & Stone’s first foray into Central Texas, following a rapid rollout across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The brand made its Texas debut earlier this year in McKinney, at the West Grove development, where Brand President Sam Aguilar said the state’s “energetic food culture” made it a natural fit for the concept, according to FSR Magazine.

What Now Dallas reported on the brand’s second DFW location, a roughly 7,000-square-foot restaurant in Addison designed to seat 340 guests, with a press release describing the space as built for “social dining, group gatherings, and casual everyday visits.”

The concept is operated by Winter Park, Florida-based Artistry Restaurants, which also owns Hickory Tavern, The Chapman, Boca, Shrimp Basket, Atlantic Beer and Oysters, and Sandbar. Oak & Stone has continued expanding beyond its Florida roots, with additional locations recently announced in Central Florida’s Villages community.
